It has finally come to an end. Oh man. It's been a crazy ride. I JEARS'd so hard last night. I loved the finale. I am not listening to the negative peeps who are raining on my parade, but I'm relieved to see that the majority liked the finale so I'm not alone in my love. ♥

My finale party was awesome too. We all dressed up. It was pretty awesome. My house is still covered in DHARMA stuff, hahaha!

Hopefully I will begin posting again, but idk. I graduated recently, and I now have a job, and time is just disappearing. But I check in every once in a while.

I love LOST. When I think about the fact it's over, it makes me want to cry all over again.

Did anyone else think of the alternate Biff Tannen montage from Back to the Future 2 when they showed the montage of Hurley?

Sorry about my psuedo-political exclamation in my last post. Ugh. It takes a lot to frustrate me, but if that bill gets through the Senate. I. Will. Be. PISSED.

Also, regarding the Saturn Awards. LOST won. Adrian Pasdar won. (Various movies I like won). Pretty neat. And Adrian looked gorgeous (as usual). ~*dreamy sigh*~

In other news, while in the middle of my Babylon 5-a-thon, I decided I should *finally* watch TRON because of the LULZ, well, and because Bruce Boxleitner (who's in B5) and other cool peeps like David Warner and Jeff Bridges are in it. Well, IT'S THE BEST MOVIE EVER I'VE DECIDED. Reminds me a lot of Computer Warriors, which, in effect, reminds me of my early childhood.
OH - AND THE FACT THAT A SEQUEL (tentatively titled TR2N) IS BEING MADE IS LOOOOOL!AWESOME. Especially because Daft Punk (!!!!) is doing the soundtrack.

Speaking of TRON, this YTMND is ACE. (Excellent crossover).

I will watch the pilot for the new show Virtuality some time tomorrow night. I missed it today, but it looks promising. Anything scifi is good in my book. I'm easy to please like that.

The media frenzy over MJ's death is sickening, BTW. I can't believe they're getting away with half the shit they're showing/saying. Just remember his legacy, okay guys? At least wait a month to bring out the big guns. Sheeeeesh.

Oh man, bikram yoga tomorrow morning. I hope I survive again.

RIP to Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson. I can't believe both of them died on the same day. This is... insanity.

Yeah, I knew I'd get addicted to True Blood. I just watched the entire first season in three days. (And I am not even a big vampire fan). Plus, I'm reading the books. Help.

Gah! I have fallen behind on my flist again (as per usual). I'll get on that.

Anyway, nothing much else is going on. I watched The Birdcage with my friends last night (the first time I've seen the movie - it was LOLtastis), but other than that I've mostly been chillin' indoors (I still can't do much else) - so in front of the TV it is. Now, I need to catch up on NCIS. I practically haven't watched any of it.

Can I just say how much these guys make my day?

In other news, I saw Star Trek again with my friends. It wasn't as wonderful the second time around, but I still enjoyed it thoroughly. (And this time I was paying attention for Majel's voice).

Also - question for my Trekkie friends: Were the blue jumpsuit uniforms at the beginning (the ones they were wearing on the U.S.S. Kelvin) showing the transition from the NX-01 ("Enterprise" era) uniforms to the TOS-era uniforms?

I also read the first two books of The Southern Vampire Mysteries (you know, the Stookie Stackhouse books), and my mom and I bought the first season of True Blood on DVD (plus a free t-shirt!), so I am gonna watch those soon. Also - I'm going to catch up on Fringe. I am extremely behind (as in, only-seen-episode-one behind).

How is everyone else doing? I am gonna go catch up on my flist.

I don't believe anyone's ever done one, sooooo....

There are a lot of beautiful pics over Getty that are watermarked, but I was trying to stick to mildly watermarked and/or completely unwatermarked images (I AM A SCAVENGER).

What's up? The reason you may have seen me floating around a lot of LJ recently is cuz I'm kinda on bed-rest. I can't really do anything except watch TV (which... I really haven't been doing, but I should cuz I need to catch up on NCIS and start 30 Rock) and play online so... I've been playing online for so long I think mushrooms have grown on my feet. I NEED TO MOVE MAH ASS.

In addition, in between joining ontd_lost and ontd_startrek my flist looks like

Speaking of Star Trek, I've been watching some good old Star Trek: Deep Space Nine today. I love this show - well... more specifically I love Bashir and O'Brien and their epic BFF-ness (I do not slash them, but I love them as friends ♥ THEY ARE THE CUTEST EVER OMG).

I think the reason I haven't completely dived into the new Star Trek (XI) fandom is because it's so freaking active right now omg it's intimidating. TOO MUCH GOING OOOON. First, I need to get me some XI icons. I'll do that later.

My brain is still on LOST too. Yeah. Still melted crispy after the finale. I will make a spec post at some point I'm sure since I've been thinking about it a lot. I think I've figured out some stuff... Hmmm...

Anyway, I'll comment more on the flist tonight. Right now I need to get away (away!!) from my computer for a while.
